interpreted as directing a Visitor in the selection of an attorney. When the
Visitor elects to submit a form provided by the Company, Visitor agrees to be
contacted by one or more attorney Members and has the absolute discretion to
retain any one of the Attorneys. Company provides such information to attorney
Members nearest to the Visitor, as decided by zip code.
2. Assumption of
Responsibility Company does not warrant the validity and accuracy
of information displayed by Members. Company does not guarantee the quality of
any work product by Members. Company has no control over the quality, safety or
legality of services rendered by the Member. This service is free for Visitors
who are seeking a consumer advocate attorney in their local area. Attorney
Members pay a fee to be a member of this website. Visitor understands that it
is a condition of Membership for attorney Members that the fee charged to
client Visitor will not be any higher than if the Visitor and attorney Member
had contacted each other without the Member's advertisement on this website.
3. Attorney-Client Relationship and Legal
Representation No Attorney Client relationship is created when
Visitor contacts an attorney Member. Whether Visitor establishes an
attorney-client privilege depends on the laws of each state and the extent of
the relationship with that Member. Any fee arrangements and the extent of legal
services are strictly between the Visitor and the attorney Member and do not
involve the Company.
4. Avoid Disclosure of Confidential

or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of
or in any way connected with the Company, any disclosure resulting from use of
this website http://www.consumerattorneysnetwork.com/, or any alleged
malpractice arising out of legal services rendered by the attorney Member the
Visitor met through this service. If Visitor is a California resident, Visitor
waives California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does
not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in
his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have
materially affected his settlement with the debtor.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT
SHALL COMPANY OR ITS PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SERVICE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to

9. GENERAL This agreement constitutes
the entire agreement between Visitor and Company, provided that Company may
amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions on
the Site. The rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall
be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard
to its conflict of law provisions. The Superior Court of Los Angeles County
and/or the United States District Court for the Central District of California
will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over all controversies in connection
herewith, and each party hereby consents to such exclusive and personal
jurisdiction and venue.
