Mission Statement

The Consumer Attorneys Network (CAN) is a nationwide membership of consumer oriented attorneys. CAN’s attorneys are dedicated to the representation of consumers only. People trying not to become victims of abusive creditors. Consumers wanting to stand up for their rights.

Attorneys associated with CAN represent thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive and predatory business practices. CAN members are committed to advancing the cause of affordable and ethical representation of consumers. They like being the one in your corner fighting for your rights...their experience in consumer debt and credit issues can quickly put your mind at ease!

• Improve access to and communication with attorneys and their services for consumers living within the 48 contiguous states;
• Foster an environment of fellowship and free exchange of ideas among members of the Consumer Attorneys Network and a better understanding of consumer laws.
• Provide a source of information for the public, media and legislators in support of consumer advocacy litigation and to promote justice for the aggrieved.
