The Consumer Attorneys Network (CAN) is building a nationwide membership of consumer oriented attorneys. If you are dedicated to the representation of consumers only then we want to list your practice. (See List below)

We're looking for attorneys willing to represent consumers who have been victimized by fraudulent, abusive and predatory business practices. We're looking for attorneys who are committed to advancing the cause of affordable and ethical representation of consumers.

If you dedicate your skills to the preservation of consumer rights and are:

• Devoted to consumer justice;
• Committed to educating consumers about their rights;
• Helping consumers achieve justice for themselves and for their communities.

Consumer Attorneys' Network is about helping out the little guy! It's about providing consumers with a piece of mind at an affordable price.

Our goals include...

• Build a comprehensive list of consumer attorneys from across the nation who are dedicated to helping consumers deal with debt and credit issues especially violations of the FDCPA, FCRA and other consumer protection laws;
• Build a directory of consumer attorneys that is easily accessible to consumers seeking relief from debt and credit issues;
• Improve access to and communication with attorneys and their services for consumers living within the 48 contiguous states ad Alaska and Hawaii;
• Foster an environment of fellowship and free exchange of ideas among members of the Consumer Attorneys Network and a better understanding of consumer laws.
• Provide a source of information for the public, media and legislators in support of consumer advocacy litigation and to promote justice for the aggrieved.
